how long to file a dispute on ebay

I purchased a lot of 14 cards on ebay. Four of the cards were graded the other 10 were raw. I just got my submission back from PSA and it is questionable authenticity on all ten cards. I purchased the lot on DEC. 19th. I believe I received them about a week later. What is the time frame in which to file a dispute?
