Change in 1942-P Type 2 Jefferson Condition Census - A Deep Cameo (Or not a change)

I wish I could take credit for it...but wondering if anyone here is the lucky recipient of the first ever DCAM grade for a Proof Silver War Nickel?
The PCGS Daily Market report e-mail indicated the change, and it appears someone has made a 66 DCAM.

I noticed this a few years ago. I would love to have it, but I'm sure it will go very high whenever it comes on the market.
He seems to have stopped keeping his sets up to date several years ago. I have been hoping to see these sets come up for
auction.
However the pictures of the obverse and reverse show what appear to be mirrored fields that are impaired (haze, etc.). If the fields are actually impaired, I suspect that if this coin were a 1962 proof nickel and it was sumbitted for grading today it would not receive a DCAM designation and maybe not even receive a CAM designation.
