eBay problems today... anyone else?

I have been having problems accessing eBay today but all other sites seem to work fine. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

When I can get in and I click on any of the "My eBay" tabs (Summary, Selling, etc.) I get a "connection timed out" message - been like this for 4 hours. Rebooted computer and still have same problem.

And, if I try to respond to a messages, I get a Yahoo page with this in the search bar "contact ebay ebay isapi" Strange and frustrating.

Yes, I'm having problems. I can't get to eBay or PayPal. Interestingly, the eBay app on my phone seems to work.
