Canadian large cent error?

my local dealer sells me bags of old world coins and while going through one last night, found this. please excuse my filthy fingers, i am a railroad worker.

    Looks loke post-mint damage to me. Notice how the c is backwards.
  • ya, there are 3 backward "C" on it. just wondering if this is possible to occur at the mint or if someone just placed another coin on it and whacked 3 times.
