I've been using Auctiva for years for listing on Ebay. Used to be free but I went with $9.95 a month plan since they started charging.
My payment card expired in Dec and I forgot to update it. I got an email a little while ago about it and since I haven't been selling anything lately, I decided to just cancel the account so I clicked on the customer support button in the email and typed a little message and sent it in.
Notice the time of my email to the time of the response LOL

just got an email about my account. Credit card exp date expired and I forgot all about it. Haven't been selling on Ebay anyway so please just cancel my account - thanks.
Maybe I'll be back sometime

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Auctiva support. I have moved your account to the free plan moving forward and credited your account the fees that were billed. That way you will not be billed for future use either. If you want to completely cancel your account, you can do so via the following FAQ's directions.
