ebay coin listing change/searching for anacs

For the last week it's been very frustrating trying to search for anacs coins.

It seems that the certification dropdown (when listing a coin) must have changed from defaulting to "something else" to "anacs".

loads and loads of raw coins are now listed with the certification as "anancs".

Other interesting note: most of these also tend to have carson city as the mint. Are you carson city searchers going through the same thing?

unfortunately, ANACS, CC and "Uncirculated" are all defaulted on their list boxes.


I'd imagin a lot of coins are getting mis-identified.

Score another for the lameness of eBay.

I did some more playing around with it and even though there are loads of "CC" jefferson nickels (as listed) they don't come up in a search.

I think the change was to extend search into the certification that was selected during listing.

Which has made it very difficult to actually search for anacs now
