They are but the stated 15 day for Regular and 4 day for Express is not correct per the CSR. I have a regular at 20 business days and a express at 6 still not done. Oh the humanity!! We need more graders!!!!!!

mechanical errors need to go in as walkthrough or 2day, instead of "regular"

I received my mechanical errors paid via Express in under a week, but it's been a week, so far, to reholder and relabel them. and they still aren't done yet.
