Is the 15th still the date you can change your Avatar?

It's not allowing me to have an option to change mine. Just curious if you can still upload your own pics?

I think that's only if the 15th lands on a business day. You might try tomorrow (though I don't know if PSA is open on MLK Day) or Tuesday.

If the 15th is on the weekend then upload day is on the friday of that weekend.
