Would you grade this 1924 Toned Peace Dollar?

Very hard to image, has blue hues on the left obverse that shows up in hand but not in the
image unless I take a sheet of white paper and diffuse the light.


It really is nice just crappy images



What are your thoughts?
Grade it?
Don't bother?
Nice color?......or not nice color?

Actually it is in a black velvet 3 coin holder, the others are toned but not as nice, but all very nice grade

Toning looks natural to me. MS65. What the TPGs think is another story though.

I don`t see what would throw up any red flags so the images
suggests a 64 +, about.
