Would you grade this 1924 Toned Peace Dollar?

Very hard to image, has blue hues on the left obverse that shows up in hand but not in the
image unless I take a sheet of white paper and diffuse the light.
It really is nice just crappy images
What are your thoughts?
Grade it?
Don't bother?
Nice color?......or not nice color?

now.......with diffused light

I wouldn't, and I suspect PCGS wouldn't either. At least I would hope not.
