What time is that showed at the right side ---->>?

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
Someone have an idea what time zone is based the master time of our forum?
It's 2 hour in advance of EST time.

    ???????? If you mean your time is off by 2 hours you can set it to your local time in your profile.
