Submission received, pops go up, but nothing shows on the submission yet

It's strange. I had those 3 Type B's ('56 in MS66, '58 in MS66, and a '62 in MS65) that I sent in on a freebie, mentioned in this thread, just to get the grades they deserved on a crossover, without being over-scrutinized due to attribution (could be just a 'me' thing). The submission, to get them attributed, got there on 12/29.....took 2 days to get there and checked in!!!! (Priority mail....Boston to Long Beach, CA...2 days...I just love those flat rate boxes!). Well, naturally, playing the 'waiting for grades' game, as we all do (there's still 5 biz days left for the 'turn-around' time), I've been checking every day for the last week. Nothing indicates that the coins have been graded, no update on the submission, nothing.
I noticed the pops went up on the '56, '58 and '62 late last week (having kept track of the pops weekly, I knew what they were before mine were added) and while hoping they were mine, I had no way to check (woulda been ticked, to say the least, if they weren't mine), as the submision does not show when you click on the sub # (I also never knew they re-used the same cert # when simply attributing/re-holdering, but that isn't a big thing in the grand scheme of things...also, hopefully, there are no scratches on the new holders, as there were when I got the Nov submission back). After a week goes by, with the pops having gone up, but no notice on my submission, I then had a brainstorm Wednesday (or a brain something...no idea how/why I tried this), I decided to check the original submission from Nov 30th. I clicked on the cert #'s, and sure enough, the cert #'s now show the coins NOT to be 'plain' '56, '58, '62 Washies, worth under $200 CU guide combined, but to over $1,500 CU guide, and show them to be attributed as Type B FS-901 (according to the cert #'s provided on the order received on Nov 30, shipped Dec 22, when I got my 'naked' grades back).
If you look at the original submission.......had to delete the link, as the submission page shows 'error' when I go to share the submision.....individual coin cert #'s are 24061202 ('56), 24061201 ('58), 24061200 ('62), you'll see they have been changed to their proper attribution (don't go 'borrowing' the cert #'s...as soon as the sub is shipped, they are going right into my inventory...lol). It's been like this for, perhaps, 3 days....yet the submission still hasn't shipped, not even showing it's been graded yet. I know this isn't a normal situation, but once coins are reholdered, what kind of lead time (if anyone has an idea) is there between actual reholdering/attributing and actual shipping? Is it still within the usual turn-around time for service selected? I just find it odd that these could be done so quickly, but take so long to ship, after being attributed/re-holdered (I know, they had alot of people at FUN, and it's a BAD time to submit.....but not EVERYONE can go to Orlando...they do need SOMEONE in each dept).
Any idea on lead time, AFTER they are graded, or do they just make us wait the full 'expected turn-around time', even though the coins are done???? Submission was accepted on 12/29, 16 business days gives it till next Friday...but these are already done. Has this happened to anyone before??? At the very least, I now know the 5th '56 in MS66, and the 8th '58 in MS66 (new pop-tops), and the 18th '62 in MS65 (still not a bad coin to make...only 3 higher) ARE, in fact, mine. I am just surprised they would have them graded so soon, but not ship them, nor at least show the submission as being graded. Has this happened to anyone else? I do realize the timing around FUN is the WORST possible time to send in something for grading, but they seem to have been finished/reholdered/attributed, by late LAST week, when I noticed the pops went up. Anyone have a clue as to what could be going on, or is it the old 'wait till they ship' thing???
