Can anyone please identify these Chinese? coins?

A friend gave me these. he used to go to China often on Business.
However, to me they are "chinese"

are they worth anything at all?

  • Yes, they are definetly Chinese. I believe those are the only coins that have Manchu characters on the reverse to identify the mint.

    They are Chinese cash coins with a spread of a few dynasties. I didn't look at all of them, but they are quite common and not worth a great deal. Look in a 17th or 18th century Krause to get an idea. My Chinese Cash book has most of them for ID purposes, but no prices, but few are worth more than a dollar or two.
