FS: 1958 Milwaukee Braves signed baseball (Hank Aaron)

I have a 1958 Milwaukee Braves signed baseball up for sale including Hank Aaron and four other HOFers. I got this ball in a storage auction that included sports memorabilia. I've been debating on whether or not to get it authorized and got several suggestions on this forum but I figured I would see what you guys would offer. I went to a local dealer and also posted pictures on this forum and everyone believes it to be the real thing. Make me an offer! Thanks.

    Pure:

If you are serious about selling this ball on the forum, you are going to have to take pictures of all the panels/sweetspot as well as to make sure they are clear....

    Good Luck

I'm no expert but I can't find another Aaron with that type of first A in Aaron.

  • From talking to experts and through research I have found that this was actually how he signed his last name with a capital "A" earlier in his career. He changed his signature around 1960...

  • I found a couple of balls online with the capital "A."

There was another one I tried to post but the forum wouldn't let me.

  • I'll get you better pics of the entire ball tonight. I'm showing you scan of other peoples because someone questioned the capital "A" in Hank Aaron's signature.

  • I'm at work right now and then I have a basketball game but right after I'll get you those pics.

Interesting that the signatures with the block "A" starting Aaron do not have the typical "H" that he used for with Hank or Henry. Perhaps these examples are clubhouse signatures?

I do not recall ever seeing an Aaron signature where there isn't a leader into the "H" and that the "a" in Hank is always a pronounced "a" and not looking like an "o."

But then again, this is only my opinion and I am NOT an Aaron autograph expert by any means...
