someone posted this pic on Monday (pick the Super Bowl winners thread) and it didn't dawn on me until i was half-way through watching this on the NFL network last night.

49'ers had SIX turnovers that game. the vaqueros had three i think, one late that sealed the victory. Montana had threee picks. he was a gun-slinger in that game.

    I remember that game well...Everson Walls (the CB Clark beat) was one of the best in the game at the time, and that victory essentially ended the "Boys run and ignited the era of Joe Cool and Co.

    That's funny that Paul mentions being a huge Cowboys fan...now that I recall, just about every kid back then was either a Steelers or Cowboys fan, LOL..


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    You and me both Paul. I was in tears especially since my dad was sitting next to me laughing and rubbing it in when they when they lost image

    Thats hilarious! Matt my father to this day is still a huge Pittsburgh fan, the Pats are #2 in his book
