help purchasing a card from South Africa... shot in the dark

Collecting cards outside of the big 4 sports sometimes takes you to purchasing cards from other countries. I've dealt with italy and england quite a bit without any issues. I've come across a card that I've been looking for quite a while on a site called bidorbuy. Its pretty much like the ebay of south africa. The issue is paypal isn't accepted in south africa... They use something called bobpay. I tried joining the site but I couldn't be verified so I can't bid or contact the seller. The card is a ridiculous card that is worth less than 5 bucks but has been on my want list for a while. If by any chance anyone has an account on that site or has a bobpay account... Please pm me.. ill pay for the card and shipping ect... Plus 15 bucks for your trouble. Thanks for any suggestions

I think he was headed to Canada to work at a ski place if his work Visa went through or something.
