(N-6) MinSizeReq & (N-8) Miscut - Delay in mailing vouchers?

I had poppage back on 12/14/2011 and had (2) Miscut and (3) MinSizeReq. I used to get the voucher in the mail a couple days after poppage, but I haven't received these yet. Has anyone else had delayed voucher delivery?

I have before. I just call CS and they tell me about the delay and when I can expect them.

Yep. I basically gave up waiting for them. If I feel I don't receive service in a timely fashion, I'll usually call or shoot them an e-mail.

It seems more and more that we need to contact customer service to get anything done.

Another example is, I had a sub pop over a week ago and it took them a week to ship. It wasn't a large sub, but the response I received was shipping backlog and they would make sure the order was shipped today. Not sure how long I would have waited if I didn't contact them.

FYI, I finally received my voucher in the mail yesterday. Poppage was from 12/14/2011.
