I see it as MS- and a 62 seems reasonable and 63 is possible. I think the obverse is 63 and field on the reverse above the wing may hold it back- just my thoughts for my opinion

MS62 sounds about right but it could just as easily be an AU58 based on the wear that appears to be on the Indian's cheek bone.
