Yes, gilt = HK-22

That's the sort of look that sometimes turns up in MS-61 and MS-62 holders. Personally, I agree with your XF grade. I'm just saying that not everyone does.

Values vary. A lot. Probably more than $10. Almost certainly less than $100. One sold recently on eBay for $36.
