Help me out...what are these presidential dollar statues?

Hey all,
My neighbor is having a garage sale. He's selling a set of small approximately 2-inch tall bronze or pewter U.S. President statues (statuettes?). It is housed in a wood cabinet and is designed to be displayed with the Presidential dollars.
It must be relatively modern...circa 1997 or so.
Any idea what it is and what it might be worth?
He also has a table with a glass top that looks like it was designed to house a BU State Quarters collection which is inside it. It's cool, but he only has one of each quarter and he wants $150 for the table. Trying to make up my mind on that one.
