Newbie PCGS grading question

Good morning,

I am new to certifications in general and had a question about an eBay auction I am looking at. This Peace Dollar is graded as MS64+. The "+" is what's confusing me. I thought that this "+" designation was only introduced in 2010 with the PCGS Secure Plus service, and that all Secure Plus services came in a special holder. This one just seems like an ordinary holder. When I checked the cert number with the PCGS site, it sure enough shows it as 64+, as a standard submission. I haven't seen this before (though granted I've only been back in the hobby for a couple of weeks, though I'd probably say I've looked at 400-500 certified Peace Dollars in that time.

Pluses are also available on the non-secure plus service.

Initially that was the case. After secure plus had been around awhile they added plus grading to regular submissions as well.
