1959 Franklin FS-402 Goiter Variety conundrum

For the Franklin collectors, I stumbled upon this one about a year ago. I noticed it was in the latest CPG, and thought "Hey, I sort of remember picking one of those up in the last year. Let me check." Sure enough, here it is.

Only one problem...

Does anyone have any more information about the 1958D version of this die break? I have to presume it's not unheard of, but thought I'd throw it out here.

    I have the 1958-D listed on my site here. When it was found it was too late to have it added to the CPG listing.

    Your coin looks to be from a mint set. Is this correct?

    Coin has some decent color, so I presume it was from a mint set. Has a bunch of dings, probably about a MS63 coin.
