Question Re: eBay bucks

I have bought an expensive item (at least for me) on eBay in December.
I have then returned it and the seller refunded my money in January.
I can see $43 in eBay bucks to be used torward my next purchase but my current balance shows now -$36 bucks.

Does anyone of you had a similar experience?
Should I spend my bucks now and then eBay will get them back everytime I made a purchase?

Yes, you can use the $43 certificate. Any new purchases will reduce the negative until it goes positive. This happened to me last quarter.
