Not sure on the AT/NT debate, but there will be a nice fingerprint on the obverse at 3 o'clock.
  • Why did you not reveal the grade? image

Looks decent enough and my guess is NT/MA.

NT but the fingerprint will be a big turn off.

  • hard to tell from the pics. hits/rub/fingerprint on the obverse with nice luster. reverse is more of an angle shot and can`t see any detail. whats the grade on the slab? 10 digit or 14 digit serial number above the barcode?
    my ebay items BST transactions/swaps/giveaways with: Tiny, raycyca,mrpaseo, Dollar2007,Whatafind, Boom, packers88, DBSTrader2, 19Lyds, Mar327, pontiacinf, ElmerFusterpuck.

  • I'm sorry I didn't mean to hide the grade. The seller says it's MS 62 PCI. Finger prints
are cool, I like to run them threw the NCIC computer. hehe
  • That toning makes me nervous.

Maybe because he cropped to show the coin and only cared about the debate on what the coin will look like.
Not sure why the grade would be relevant since he isn't asking for folks to "guess the grade"..... image

The obverse is appealing. Love the sea foam greens and blues mixed into the pink and pastel yellow. Looks lustrous too.
    Nice catch!
(The g in, "mintage" on the insert tells me this is the newer green insert PCI though and not the older, more strict. Not that grade really matters...)

I'll respectfully disagree, the font of the numbers in the mintage and the letters under the bar code on the reverse, as well as the mottled green border on the obverse, make me think this is a first-generation PCI holder. I have seen very few of the patterned green borders with the later generation font, most of the 14-digit SN holders I've seen have solid green or solid gold borders.

I think the coin is NT but I have no idea how lustrous or vibrant the colors could be. The older PCI holders tended to tone silver coins orange/purple so I wouldn't be shocked if the reverse looked very rusty.

  • That looks NT on the obverse but AT on the reverse. image

I think you've got a nice coin coming there.
Let's try not to get upset.
  • NT, no doubt

It is hard to make a determination about NT/AT from those photos because I don't think they are showing the actual colors. I will say that the toning correspondence is correct which is a strong indicator of NT for a two sided toned coin. The most heavily toned area on the obverse (11 o'clock) corresponds with the most heavily toned area on the reverse (7 o'clock).

Looks NT to me, and the MS-62 grade seems right on.

  • I think it's a nice one
  • I don't see that Morgan as PQ 62? The Rev had more potential in the first set of pics IMHP. I guess I just don't like this coin.

That Morgan definitely looks AT to me.
  • I said that as well but I am in the minority. That's ok image
