For 1972 baseball collectors, Am I hallucinating or

does card number 78 of Steve Arlin have two different versions where his eyes are looking up more than in the other pose??????? I could swear he is looking up more toward the sky, just slightly but still doing it????? Please give me your opinions. Dean

    If the registration is off (not all of the colors are exactly lined up) then I could see it maybe appear that way. Got scans?

    No, not hallucinating at all. Great catch, there are two different eyeball positions
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    That's kind of creepy, seeing them side by side! Like when the eyes in the painting of a Scooby Doo cartoon follow them around the room!

    That's a registration issue, IMO. If you look at the card on the right, the white outline of his arms tells me that the white is shifted up realtive to the other colors. That would mean the white of his eyes extends higher than it does for the card on the left.

    Also look at the right of the cap, registers more white as well.

    I think the 1969 Wilbur Wood has this registration problem as well.
