Updating Credit Card Info on Paypal

Anyone had to update an expiring credit card on Paypal recently?
For the past few weeks, it has been impossible to get into the page to do this after you click on Profile and My Money. Went over the Paypal forums, and there are hundreds of people with the same problem. I called Customer Support, and they acted like they weren't aware of it, or didn't at least acknowledge the extent of the problem.
Clearing cookies/cache doesn't work.
