1968 Topps Action All Star Stickers question

Something about this doesn't look right. I have 4 of these that make up my Cardinals team set including one like the auction I am linking. This one appears to be in better condition than mine so I might be interested, but I noticed that the three stickers do not appear to have been cut out around the edges. Also, on all four of mine, there is a bold black line outlining each player just inside the sticker border. There is no black border on any of these three stickers. Can someone explain?
