2011 Navarro Thread of the Year and 2011 Mike "Stone" Poster of the Year Winners

With great honor I present the forum with our 2011 Navarro Thread of the Year and Mike "Stone" Poster of the Year Winners.

By a clear and large margin of forum voice, the 2011 Navarro Thread of the Year award goes to UNOPENED PACKS WITH STARS ON TOP! by Muggyman.

"Great vids and pics." - fur72
"That is one of my favorite threads, full of great information shared by many, many people and just overflowing with amazing packs owned by our very own board members. I feel like I say "WOW" every time I open the thread." - Tedw9

Also, by a clear and large margin of forum voice, the 2011 Mike "Stone" Poster of the Year award goes to miconlegacy.

"...for helping organize rips and sharing a true life story that combined made me laugh, smile, meditate, cry and feel blessed to be so lucky to be here." jimrad
"Regardless of the contributions, hobby impact or sex appeal any of the rest of you may have......and you know who you are.....the hands-down choice should be miconelegacy." - itzagoner

Thanks to be our winners for their many contributions, the list would not be the same without you.

Honorable mention goes to our other nominations, which include various group rips, Scot's "The Department of Redundancy Department", and Ron's (Tom's) Songs; as well as the posters Brick, dboneesq, Grote15 and CDNuts.

If a fellow list member has a little time to to create certificates for signature lines for our winners (both past and present would be swell), it would greatly be appreciated by myself and the list in general.

This forum is a lot like life with it's up and downs. I hope we can all see it like a take-a-penny-give-a-penny tray. To take from it what you need to make the day easier, and to leave behind a little to make it easier for others.

Clear Skies,
Mark

For future reference convenience I have also copied this, which i compiled in the earlier related thread.

History the Navarro Thread of the Year and Mike Stone Poster of the Year Awards

In 2005 Mike "Stone" was Poster of the Year. The first year was named the mudflap award from the first person to suggest this. It was not open to vote, but the awardee was not debated either, and was basically agreed by the forum.

Stone, changed the award a little in 2006, opening it for group vote.

...and the award was given to Zef.

The thread was deleted during the great Rube bumps of 2008.

Lawnmowerman was the 2008 Poster of the Year.

No 2010 Poster of the Year. I started the thread of the year award, it appears I should have done both together.
