Liberty Seated Twenty Cents - 1875S proof and proof counts

I started working on the Liberty Seated Twenty Cent book.

I was suprised, but then not suprised that Breen claimed there was a 1875-S proof.

There is no way these were struck as a proof coin.

Curious if anyone had an opinion on this.

Also, Breen claims a proof mintage of 350 for the Twenty cent for 1877, where
the other silver series are all 510.

Silver proof coins were only sold in the proof silver sets, the only exception to this
rule for this time period was new issue coins, which were permitted to be sold individually
in the first year, and special request by Mint officials.

Breen reasons in his proof book, that only 350 1877 proofs were struck, the other
160 were from prior year Twenty cent proofs.
This never happened. Collectors would have been furious.

Some of the other proof mintages for the twenty are incorrect.

Curious if anyone has an opinion on this.

Thanks
