Shop at Home autographed balls - Legit?

I was asked by someone to research and possibly sell some signed balls for them. They bought them off of the Shop at Home network back at the 90s as a group - Mantle, Williams, Aaron and Mays. They look good to me, but I am far from an expert on autographs. The balls each come with a certificate, but it is very simple and vague. The balls are each shrink-wrapped in plastic and in a cube, where they have been since purchase.
My questions are 1) are these legit? and 2) would it be worth sending into PSA to get them authenticated before selling? My thoughts were that the Mantle and Williams PSA prices were a bit high and that I might be able to comparable dollars selling them as is with their current certificates.
I have included a scan of the Williams ball and cert to give an idea:

I'd stay away from these (selling or otherwise)

Thank you very much for the info. I'll politely decline selling them.
Don't have enough experience with Williams to express an opinion.

Williams looks bad too; what troubles me is his transition from the "d" to the "W," I can't remember him making a loop like that.

Good luck with these and I hope you did not spend to much on them.
Thanks to everybody for their input.

Even Judy's sigs are not legit.
