PSA and Serial Numbers

I have some refractor rookies of a player from Bowman Sterling #/199 that I want to get graded. I also have the same refractor card not numbered. Will PSA grade this card or will they consider it a "backdoor" card / stolen. Its not a expensive card, probably considered a common to most people, but a local player. Thanks in advance

They will grade it. Frankly, they probably won't even realize the numbers are missing.

I have a few cards with missing serial numbers they slabbed with no problem.

I bought it not knowing, I have four with #'s ready to sub but I think I'll sub this one on a diff sub. ...(thats alot of subs)
