I've had spots on 2011 PCGS ASE from earlier in the year, none from the set yet. If you send them in they will give you options to buy back or return raw plus cash. Though I did read that I member had sent in and the and the de-spotted and sent back. search- milk spots
I'm sending a few 70 coins for guaranteed submission that definitely has spots on them. I'll let you know what happens when I get the results. Just got back the results for 2 69 coins that should have been a 68 but not quite 67 because there were black spots all over the place in one and the other had a ton of shiny spots, maybe they wiped it off. Either way, best $100.00 dollars or so I spent, the reassurance is rewarding

I just found a small spot on my 2006 Reverse Proof. It is in a PCGS holder.
How do they handle that sort of thing ?
