I've never seen this one mentioned, but noticed this awhile ago on 1977 Topps card #97 Dave Heaverlo . . .
It appears as though Topps may have had some tape on one of the printing plates and the tape caused a print flaw (see inside the red box on three examples) that are not on the original card (see top left example)...
