How do i figure out what the slabbing fees are for cards of these sizes?

i have some cards like the ones below that i would like to self submit for slabbing ...

i am having a difficult time trying to figure out what the fees are for cards of these sizes.

    the topps super and star panel are considered oversize and have to be submiitted on a seperate sub. they can be subbed on any level. the mm panel is a tall boy holder and sub with cards that size.
