Ebay Watch This Item Function Problem?

Been trying to add card to watch on Ebay but the Watch This Item Function in the top right corner is
gone is anybody else having the same problem our have I done something to delete it.

Does anyone know what I may have done our what to do to get it back.
All the items I added days and weeks ago are there but it wont let me add
anything new to my watch list.

It might already be in your watch list. And now you have the option not to watch it but only to add it to other lists. Is that what you see?

You have 200 items you are watching, active and ended. This happens to me sometimes. Delete the ended items. It will take an hour or so to register it in the system.

My watch list is fine but when I go to a new auction our listing the watch this item button on
the right side of the auction page isn't there.

That what I think it must be over 200 watchs.
