PSA open today? C'mon poppage!

If they're open, today is business day #20 on a 20-day turnaround submission... very excited to get these results.
Two STL World Series tickets (Games 1 & 7) from a minty untorn ticket strip. Seperated them myself and had one signed by Jason Motte, the other signed by Tony LaRussa. Only the second time I submitted tickets for grading & PSA/DNA... not sure what to expect (are there special ways you are suppose to seperate tickets from playoff strips and/or season ticket booklets to get top grades???). Had mixed results on my first sub... signed SB tickets... condition-wise look identical to my eyes, but one got a 4 and the other got an 8?!?!?!
I got WS Game 2 & 6 tickets signed by Allen Craig & David Freese a couple weeks back at the MAB Show here in STL... waiting to sub those until I see how these grades came out... getting antsy!
