Lincoln memorial variety help.... common/not so common?

Found this roll searching. Is this imageanything special? or is it a common variety? Thoughts and comments welcome.

    ...probably just a bubble in the plating.

    Appears to be flat like the date. I would think a bubble would have a dome top.

    It could well be a chip out of the die but a chip would be less likely to lead to the light corrosion around it.

    Bubbles can be flattened a little in collisions.

    A high power glass should reveal that the corrosion is underneath the upraised part rather than on its side
    which would suggest a bubble.
