My newest Half-Dollar; a date which I have been casually looking to acquire for 6+ years!
If a recent eBay transaction goes through without a hitch, then I will be adding another tough date to my modest Bust Half Collection!

<< <i>Bought this raw off eBay years ago, and it went into a PCGS AU58 holder on the first try. Wish I had a better camera, but it's nearly fully lustrous and has nice eye appeal outside of the soft strike on the eagle's leg feathers.
here is the image slightly modified. It seems there is some wonderful toning on the surfaces where the mint grease didn't land. although the grease is nice to see. also some nice luster bands.
