is this a vam 12A?

Found this while looking thru boxes of morgans. I am not to up on vams but this has a lot of what I see on the vam world site.
I was unable to show it in the pics but it has a die crack running from the o in one around thru both wings and down to the r in dollar.
Any and all help appreciated.

    Not a 12A- the date position is wrong. I'm checking VAMWorld now...

    Thanks much cmelro1 - interesting that with so much going on with coin, it was not spotted until 2004.
