Topps Question - What is the "Topps Collection"?

I have seen Topps cards with a "Topps Collection" logo on the card. The PSA slab says "Collection" under the players name. Just trying to find out what exactly this is...were these the factory sets for those years? Any help is greatly appreciated...

Yes, special factory sets. The Topps Collection being a parallel of the normal cards. While I am sure the print runs are much less then their counterparts...they have never seemed to have gained interest...from my experience at least.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
Are these what you are talking about?
That is my best guess....
<< <i>Topps collection" is the card brand.... I'd assume the seller has it added to the slab to make it look nice and maybe get an impulse buy? >>
I wish people would not post on a thread if they dont know what they are talking about. None of the above is accurate.
As Mark (MeteoriteGuy) said above. These Topps collection cards are factory sets that parallel that the normal 2001 sets. PSA is adding the "Collection" on the third line of the flip to distinguish the difference.

If that actually happened we would get maybe 3 or 4 posts a day. LOL
My small collection
Want List:
'61 Topps Roy Campanella in PSA 5-7
Cardinal T206 cards
Adam Wainwright GU Jersey
Here is my stupid question. Do the "Collection" cards have the same picture as the regular Topps cards?

Yes, The foil stamp is the difference.
