POP Report and Registry working for everyone?

I can do everything else on the website but access the Pop Reports and the Set Registry, is it working for everyone else?

    i clicked on the Pop Report tab and i was linked to a live feed of Joe and his family drinking hot cocoa by the fireplace. image
