    Thanks. I offered someone on bay 35 for this card that looked to me to be about a psa 3. He decline my offer and called it rediculous. I was pretty sure one recently sold on eBay for less than 50 bucks but wanted to be sure I was in the ball park before responding to him. Thanks again.

    I bid on the UTC Louis that sold recently - and I think you're right - it went for around $50. The one that was recently listed for a crazy high BIN?OBO ($319) looks almost like the same card (similar water damage). It's a tough card and is considered his rookie year - but I don't think it should go for over $100 in that shape.

    The last one on ebay was a psa 2 and it sold for 36 bucks. I didn't think the one on ebay now with the 319 bin looked to be much better than a 2 or 3.. I knew my offer was way below his bin price but at the same time I thought it was a fair offer. I have no issue if the guy doesn't want to sell it to me for around 40 bucks.. He owns it and can do what ever he wants with it. I was just annoyed that he called me ridiculous for making a perfectly fair offer.

    To someone who's asking $319 for that card - he probably does think an offer of $35 is ridiculous. I'm not saying isn't a fair offer, but I also wouldn't be trying to sell that card for that much.

    It seems like the low ball offer offended him. Maybe send him the VCP info to enlighten him.
