SILVER LIBERTAD QUESTION

In addition to other world coins I have started a collection of silver libertads going backwards.My question deals with the 2011 ms libertad.The 2010 and 2009 coins are ms but have a PL finish.The 2011 has a satin finish.Is this the finish now used for them? Does anyone know? Thank you for any help with this.

    you probably are seeing the proof versions- there is a proof and ms version since 83
