Things to do in 2012 with E-Bay!
1. Convert all listings to Free Shipping with Cost built in so there is no Reason to care if somebody leaves me FEEDBACK or not. I would prefer to NOT get Feedback, I have enough, don't need anymore! Long Range plan is to have everything off E-Bay in 2-3 years. This stands out to me as the #1 reason of the Dozens that I can think of negatively, to get the Hell out of E-bay.
(Side Note to #1...............IF you send me an E-Mail Asking for Feedback and telling me how nice you were to do it for me then I will go out of my way to NOT leave Feedback, espescially after the second or third time you Insist that I do it)
2. Duplicate all listings at Bidstart to start the process of weening myself off E-Bay.
3. Open Store(s) at Bidstart for my Vintage Paperbacks and my Smut business's, as soon as they are up and running close listings on E-Bay.
4. Short term for E-Bay, increase listings from 1000-1200 to 2000 by end of the year. (Which consequently will increase Bidstart listings to same amount) At same time after Bidstart is up and running (My Stores), start closing listings with E-Bay. Inverse relationship to the point that E-Bay is dwindling as Bidstart listings go up.
5. Sever ties with Half.com and move 400+ Books from them to Bidstart.
6. Create Inventory system at Home so that it doesn't take me as long to Find an Item to ship (I've Sold), as it does to ship it!
