How many different Stadiums, Fields, or Arenas have you been to?

I was reflecting on some of the ballparks I've seen a game in. I've been to Comiskey Park (Old and new), Wrigley Field, County stadium in Milwaukee, Busch Stadium, Camden Yards, Solider Field, and Minute Maid Park in Houston.

The new Yankee Stadium is much easier to get around in than the old one (in terms of concourse, restrooms, etc) but to me has a very 'corporate' feel. Camden Yards is one of the original 'old style' new parks and has aged very well. Citizen's Bank Park is gorgeous. Tropicana Field, not so much
Only four? I think this summer I need to hit some more parks!
baseball- Twins (Target Field, Metrodome, and Metropolitan stadium) Indians, Tigers (Tiger Stadium only), Blue Jays, Royals, Rangers, Angels, Mariners, Astros, Pirates, Cubs, Brewers (Miller Park and County Stadium), Rockies
football- Vikings only (old and current)
basketball- Timberwolves (old and current), Clippers (they played at Arrowhead Pond when I saw them. I don't think they still play there, but not certain)
hockey- North Stars only. Yes, it's been a while since I've attended an NHL game!!!

I've been fortunate enough to be at a perfect game (Buehrle at Comiskey) and two other no-hitters (Kevin Gross in 93 and Kent Mercker in 94). I was also at the game that Tatis hit two grand slams in one inning.
I just found out the Air Force is assigning my family and me to Alaska. I plan on hitting three new stadiums on the long drive out there in the coming year (Minute Maid Park, AT&T Park, and Safeco.

I agree...If driving by or being close enough to see light standards counts then I am tripling my stadium count!!!
<< <i>Pics or it didn't happen. >>
I have some proof!
Photo given to me when I was hired on and worked full time for the team's front office
Terrible picture of me and a co-worker on the field before a game in 1983. This was when I was a game day employee who sat on the bench during games acting like I was security or something!!
Picture of my brother and myself in my first year as lower deck security manager. Again..terrible picture but look at those ticket prices.
Outside of Lambeau...We didnt get any shots of the inside when we were there. Probably will go back this summer for camp. My brother in law lives a few blocks from the stadium.
Hanging out with the only Packer I could really tolerate.....Mr. Lombardi!!
The inside of the Lambeau Atrium
Old Comiskey Park....this was the old timers game the day before the 1983 all star game. They lined up all the living players that ever played in an all star game. To me, this was better than the game itself.
Check out the uniform numbers and match them to the player....DiMaggio, Mantle......all the greats.
NBA: Market Square Arena and Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
MLB: Riverfront in Cincinnati and Busch (new) in St. Louis
NHL: nothing

<< <i>Old Comiskey looks like it was a great place to see a game if you had decent seats! If I may ask, behind the right field upper deck it looks like theres another stadium. Are my eyes playing tricks? What is it? >>
You know...Old Comiskey was a great place to see a game. The seats were narrow and tight, there were posts everywhere and the place smelled like urine and cigars but I loved going there. I don't remember a bad seat in the place but that could be just the nostalgia talking.
Beyond the right field upper deck was nothing more than the Dan Ryan Expressway and a housing high rise that had some of the worst crime rates in the city. (when the new stadium was being built the press box was found to have bullet holes in it that came from the high rise). The high rise has since been torn down and the area around the new ballpark is being re-built and the yuppies are moving in!! I think your eyes are playing tricks on you as the wind block they put up on the chain link fence does make it look a bit funky.
The new ballpark was built some 8 years after this picture was taken and was built across the street....directly to the right of the perspective of the picture I posted.

Sounds very much like my youth going to Boston Garden. If you had a bad seat you couldn't see a thing and there were rats along with the urine and cigar/cigarette smell, but if you had an unobstructed view it may have been the best place ever to see a game.
