Does PSA Still Return Calls Regarding Bulk Submissions?

I've called a few times over the past few months and nobody ever bothered to return my calls. I realize Roy had left but have they stopped entertaining bulk submission requests entirely? Maybe they no longer are interested in my business.

I'm not sure what the deal is, at the moment. I sent a bulk sub in for Roy right before he left. It was logged in, but hasn't popped for two months.
