Well, it is a tamper resistant plastic container with the coin type, date, and grade and the company's name printed on it. All it needs is a halogram and serial number and your in business.

No...that's a Littleton 3.0.45.167 very common on the Universal Slab Rating Scale. The 2.0's were made of high rag content paper and the 1.0's were made of cloth. I have heard rumors of prototypes in oilskin, but haven't confirmed the existence.

I found a multi-coin holder as well. 3 SBAs all in the same pouch. Blue printing and a slightly different font. I don't know which generation that would be, though.
