1962 Topps Bucks experts - is Bill White short printed?

I see 1962 Topps Bucks all the time. I am having the hardest time trying to find a Bill White. Are these short printed or something? Any help would be appreciated.

    Not sure. It may be due to a large number of Cardinal collectors that have and hold.
    I have the same issue with the '71 Bazooka Dick Allen.
    FWIW, that card/buck is priced as a common in the 2011 SCD.
