I don't see how it would do any better than a 7 MC.

Based on experience years ago it would be a 4. I once crossed a PSA 9OC...came back a 4. Their math won't allow anything better than that for a card that is MC I believe.
Thanks for the responses. When I sent the card to PSA a few years ago, I requested "no qualifiers", but they gave it an MC qualifier anyway. If I sent the card back to PSA again, would they consider giving it a lower grade, without the qualifier?

They might, but the problem is you have to go all the way down to a VG 3 before the front centering is allowed to be as bad as 90/10. Now, assuming that card could pass the 90/10 cutoff, would you rather have a card that otherwise shows it's a 7, or have a card in a 3 holder that means it could have all sorts of more serious issues?
