Oh Poppage where art thou?????

I guess I don’t understand….

Why I can send in 4 submissions all at the same time to PSA, yet the amount of time it takes for me to get them back can vary greatly.

I fully understand if the service tiers are different. Yet I get poppage right away on three orders and.............. nothing, nada, nyet on the last one,

I present to you exhibit A:

4 submissions (all sent together at same time in same package) received and logged into PSA system on 11-1

One submission was on faster tier and I got that back quickly as expected – 11-14-2011

288 card submission on 45 days service completed on 11-14-2011 (really you can knock this one out the faststest but can’t get a 55 card order done)

21 card submission on 45 days service completed on 11-15-2011

55 card submission on 45 days service…….anyone......anyone......Bueller….Bueller….Bueller.

Interestingly the 55 card order was all for more modern cards post 2000 – I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Thanks for the venting post....

You got two 45-day subs back in less than two weeks and you are "venting" about the third that hasn't even run its course?

    How about some holiday cheer?

    overload on modern backup.

they're grading Tim Tebow cards by the bushel, barrel and acre.

Yeah I am trying to be patient as possible. By nature I am not the most patient guy …according to my wife.

When you get some to show up so quickly it just builds the anticipation that the “last one” should be done soon as well. It is as much as anything that I sent in about 20 cards for a friend on this last one I am waiting on, and he is getting antsy…he thought for sure he would have them in time for Christmas after the other ones showed up so fast.

I guess I am feeling his frustration as much as anything.

Maybe with the longer wait it is the karma grading gods telling me “Grades will be higher than anticiapated”

    I can only hope…

  • Still waiting on an October sub as well. I'd be pooping rainbows if I got a two-week return
