Collectors club question

I am think of joining the Collectors club and had a question regarding submissions. Besides the 6 or 15 free submissions, on average what kind of deals do they offer? It looks like that is the thing they advertise the hardest.

If you get the Platinum Level ($189), you receive the (15) submission vouchers, which have a maximum value per card allowed set at $499, and have a 7-day turnaround. A sub of that magnitude would normally cost $225, so if you take full advantage of that sub and submit high-dollar cards, it more than pays for itself. With that, plus the ability to use the monthly specials, it's well worth it.
